Pacific Northwest Trip-Post #3

One final post from our trip! We took a ferry over to the Olympic Peninsula to see parts of the Olympic National Park – absolutely amazing! And we just barely scratched the surface. We definitely plan to go back and I would recommend dropping everything you are doing right now and plan your visit :) We drove up to Hurricane Ridge first and did not expect to see snow. Lots and lots of snow! It was breathtaking! As we headed further west we stopped at Lake Crescent where the sun was shining beautifully and the water was sparkling blue. I got my Twilight fix as we drove through Forks on the way to the Hoh Rainforest :) The rainforest was unbelievable, I just wish we had more time to really go through it. Our last stop was a hiking trail that leads you to the coast at Second Beach in La Push. I think that hike made up for our lack of time in the rainforest, plus we got to see the awesome coast line! The last shot in this post was taken from Kerry Park in Seattle’s lovely Queen Anne neighborhood. I hope you’ve enjoyed these posts! We had an incredible trip and still talk about it all. the. time. We can’t wait to go back!
